MAYNOOTH UNIVERSITY

Maynooth University is perhaps not strictly within Dublin city boundaries but it is close by and is well connected to the capital city (students can get into central Dublin from the Maynooth University campus by public transport in 45 minutes). It is a constituent part of the National University of Ireland. The university consists of 2 campuses – an older, southern campus with buildings dating back to the 1800s and a more modern campus across the road to the north.
